Shiragiku, Beppu

The onsen facilities at Shiragiku are nothing short of amazing! With both indoor and outdoor baths set in a beautiful natural landscape, my time here was incredibly relaxing. The meticulously maintained outdoor area featured a large tub with a soothing waterfall and surrounded by lush greenery. I could feel all my stress melt away in the cypress wood indoor bath as well. The whole onsen experience is luxurious yet affordable, making it truly lovely!

I had the pleasure of enjoying a multi-course kaiseki meal during my stay. Each dish was beautifully presented, showcasing the best of seasonal ingredients. The flavors were exquisite and it was a delight to experience traditional Japanese dining. Plus, the service was warm and welcoming, adding a nice touch to my culinary adventure.

The bathrooms at Shiragiku are fantastic. The changing area was large and kept tidy, with plenty of amenities such as free hairdryers and toiletries. The attention to detail made using the facilities a pleasurable experience. I especially loved the hot tub water temperature, which was perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the traditional Japanese tatami mats and how well everything was maintained. The peaceful ambiance contributed to a restful night's sleep. Plus, the large windows offered a lovely view, making the experience even more enjoyable.
